At our restaurant Lemon Grove, Chef Marcel Vigneron brings his refined touch—and earthly tastes—to The Aster. Hailing from New York City, Vigneron graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Manhattan, before honing his skills under such renowned culinary maestros as Joël Robuchon, Michael Mina and Ferran Adrià. Vigneron also received acclaim reaching the finals of the hit TV show Top Chef (season 2). Most recently, Vigneron designed and ran the popular Los Angeles restaurants Wolf and Tacos Lobos.
