LEMON GROVE BAR

The cocktail program at Lemon Grove is built to complement the flavor profiles on the menu and, subsequently, receive updates by the season. The wine list is curated with local, natural, and sustainable selections.

ASTER PARK

Aster Park is a distinctly Californian oasis that blends outdoor energy with indoor comforts.The space features  floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows that open up to the pool deck.With a dedicated bar, a comprehensive dining and cocktail menu, and a singular, almost park-like atmosphere, Aster Park is a place where members may relax, recharge, connect and converse throughout the day.

The Club Room

The Club Room offers sophisticated flexibility for those who wish to relax, work or socialize. Here, members and guests are not bound by the rules and restrictions of other clubs: This stylish, inviting space may be used for whatever purpose you’ve set your mind to. Gather, be productive, sip a drink—or do all the above.

CELEBRITY CHEF: Marcel Vigneron

At our restaurant Lemon Grove, Chef Marcel Vigneron brings his refined touch—and earthly tastes—to The Aster. Hailing from New York City, Vigneron graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Manhattan, before honing his skills under such renowned culinary maestros as Joël Robuchon, Michael Mina and Ferran Adrià. Vigneron also received acclaim reaching the finals of the hit TV show Top Chef (season 2). Most recently, Vigneron designed and ran the popular Los Angeles restaurants Wolf and Tacos Lobos.
